This year I won’t be able to make it home for Thanksgiving, but today my friend Amy invited to join her for Thanksgiving up here in Tallahassee. I am in charge of bringing Green Bean Casserole!

I’ve only attempted this one other time and that was two years ago. My sister let me manage the green bean casserole, and I utterly failed. I didn’t know that you had to cook the green beans, so our dish was a little bit too crunchy.

Hopefully I’ll do better this year :)
